Practice and Patience

Just a couple lines I jotted down yesterday:
Sometimes I lose myself, my essence, like many of us do, buried under the sludge of daily life and the stories of the mind. The fix for this loss of trueness gets easier with practice and patience. As I sit -- still, silent, and mindful -- I am able to slowly peel back each layer to reveal my authentic heart.

I like this a lot and needed a reminder to slow down myself, and re-center myself.

Think you you often!
