A German-based quartet staged Saudi Arabia's first-ever performance of European classical music in a public venue before a mixed gender audience.
I thought this story was promising...maybe more instances of equality for women to follow? It's the little steps that add up. The Saudi Arabian publics' accepting of this...hopefully is a sign of more tolerance to come!
