  England's Lincoln Cathedral Is Consecrated (1092)Not long after William the Conqueror named Remigius de Fécamp bishop of what was then the largest diocese in the country, he decided to move the seat of the diocese to a more central location. For the next 20 years, Remigius oversaw construction of a magnificent new cathedral in Lincoln, only to die days before its consecration. Today, its architecture is considered to be priceless. This is Howie (right after his yearly haircut) sitting in his favorite basket (meant for the remotes). He tries to fit in the smallest basket he can, I guess it's cozy. He started this right after Jessica's dog stole his real bed. He has reclaimed his bed, but prefers to sit here.
Cats are so funny.. Mine tries to get in my purse. He has no concept of size!
