Ooh I like it! It's a bit like in therapy what I say to clients --- your thoughts lead to the way you feel and that in turn determines how you behave....and then, taking on from what you said...that's how we create our own destiny! :) Or at least that's how I have interpreted it! :)
I am habitually a positive thinker...doesn't seem to be working for me right now. But I will not give up!
So true... now if only I could put it into practice!
