I'm Back!

I'm back , and in good shape! I had a wonderfully peaceful weekend. I read, I wrote, I pondered, and communed with nature. Good times! :) I came back rejuvenated, and centered...which is always a good thing!

My reader is full, so I will be catching up in the next few days.

Oh yeah, and Wherever You Go There You Are by Jon Kabat-Zinn is an awesome read!

I did think of you often, and wishing I was at a retreat as well! Instead I was helping my parents since they flooded in Des Plaines, IL! UGH. Glad you are back! Namaste!

So true! :)

Thanks. :)

Thank you Hemu! :)

It's all good! LOL :)

Thank you! :)

Thanks. :)

I love the book--so simple, but says so much. I didn't see any mosquitos, but I did have a fight with a huge wasp. :) I won.

Glad you got to too! :) Nature works wonders.

Aw, Fortune, thank you! :)

Oh no floods...I hope everyone is alright!
