My neighbor's dog has captured my heart! This beautiful boxer is left outside ,to pace in a tiny concrete yard, nearly all day and night. He wines, whimpers, and tries to jump over our shared gate to play with my dogs. I'm afraid that one day he will actually make it over and end up hurting himself. Poor guy!

Have you tried talking to the neighbors about what social creatures boxers are and maybe suggest a playtime so all the dogs could get together?
I'd also mention to them that boxers have a very difficult time regulating their body tempature and being outside that much really is not good for them.
