Previously, rubber products were sticky and volatile, often melting in heat or hardening in cold. He obtained a patent for vulcanization in 1844 but was still badly in debt at the time of his death. Hey, glad to see you back. I've been bad at posting for awhile but am trying to get back into it.
I'm trying to get back into blogging on a more regular basis. Still, I doubt if I'll ever get back to the frequency I was at a few years ago.
By the way, both you and Vixen make good points about Facebook.
