  The Virginia Tech Massacre (2007)The Virginia Tech massacre was the deadliest peacetime shooting episode in US history by a single gunman. Seung-Hui Cho, the perpetrator, had a long history of mental illness when he enrolled at Virginia Tech University and was, in 2005, declared mentally ill by a Virginia court and ordered to seek treatment. I was rooting for Crystal, because she is hugely talented, and because she is from my hometown, Toledo! Not that I miss it, though. We are very glad to now live in Winston-Salem, NC.
We'll see who is more successful. The number one idol doesn't always do as well as the runner up!
