I really think that is true. When I am in a crisis, like the emotional pain the Universe is talking about, I am usually too hung up to see the bigger picture. But eventually things do work out, with good things that would not have happened otherwise. -- Did that make any sense?

Jessica, I really like the quote. I have to put it on my blog to remind me. I totally agree. You can't lose your enlightenment. Which is why if we fall into a dark place, we realize we allow ourselves to do so. It's a good kick in the butt to pull ourselves out. That's why it's called SELF-HELP, Self-Realization. For sure…it makes sense! :) It’s so hard to see the full picture when your mind is full of distress. Lately, I’m really starting to realize that it’s true.. good things can/are supposed to happen from pain…it may take a while, but eventually things turn out ok.
