That Feeling

You know the feeling that comes after you eat a good filling meal, or perhaps, similarly, the feeling that arises on a Sunday afternoon.

Laziness, sleepiness, contentment.

Not total lack of energy, per se, but just enough to warrant curling up on the couch with a blanket, and a movie, or a book.

Well that's how I've been feeling for the past week. It's a good feeling, of course, but not when you have loads of work to do.

I may just have to give in, and give my self a little bit of chill time soon!

You really should! I think it helps to recharge your batteries now and then...and you need to be in top form for Bonaroo!

I am taking tomorrow off...cause I could not bear one more day in my office...ick.

One reason why I love my sunday afternoons...

try to relax by the garden or beach or riverside once with a book or music, its equally amazing. :)

Pay attention to your body. It is trying to tell you something important.

it happens often in life that we should fight good feelings to get our work done...

Welcome Lena,
So true, I often wish my body didn't need sleep, there would be so much more time for fun! :)

I know the feeling well. But then again I have LAD (lazy ass disorder) so I might not be the one to talk to!

Yes, a little break from the world can be energizing. :)

Dawn,
hehe! I suffer from LAD at times myself!

Drowsey,
SO... energizing...it's just finding the time to do it that's the problem.
