Dona Nobis Pacem

I believe that peace is easily achievable, with the perseverance of all.
One word will change the world--Acceptance.
When we can learn to accept our fellow man, we will all live in peace.

Wonderful ... and so true.

On a separate note ... I just tagged you, but it's optional. :)

Rings true here too...

On a separate not : can't seem to whittle down my list to 5 (have at least 10 on a par..) for the Arte e Pico awards - do you mind terribly if I skip it and post about favourite blogs as I go along - don't mean to be a spoilsport and sound ungrateful..!
Have a nice day :)

Yes! :)

Welcome Meleah! :)
Thanks!

Hey Bindi,
Thank you! :)

Drowsey,
Thanks! :)
I'll take a look at the tag!

India,
Don't worry...it's optional! :) No need to do it.

That's very true.

That'll never happen.

Human beings by nature are bigoted assholes. It's in our DNA.

There's one way to fix that.. selective breeding.

And/Or kill all the deeply religious and all the republicans.

Yea, that's not very accepting, but you have to start somewhere, right?

"When we can learn to accept our fellow man ..."

Easier said than done. What's the key to learning to accept our fellow man? That's the catch.

Mike,
lol...probably not a good way to start the whole acceptance thing!

David,
It's upsetting, but you're right. It may never be attainable...at least not for a long time. I think, as humans, when we can learn to accept ourselves, mind our own business, and look inward, rather than worrying about what everyone else is doing, then, we'll be ok.
