This Old Blog

Revisiting this old blog feels like visiting a town once alive and bustling now ghostly. In the same breath, like running across a dear old friend that knows you almost as much as you know yourself. This space served me once as an outlet for growth, healing and connecting with the world. I turn to it now as a "safe" familiar place to see the world through. 

Authenticity

Some Thoughts on Authenticity:

In the groups (circles) I'm part of/frequent, we talk about (muse) a lot about authenticity and being authentic. My New Year's Resolution was to be more authentic in the way I live. I find that if I follow a path of authenticity, I live a more fluid life. Not necessarily devoid of  hardship and suffering, but the ebbs and flows of life are much easier to easier to handle. Being authentic comes down to knowing oneself  and living, always, from that place.
